SOLD: Coin Macro Photo Setup #6

I've built a 6th Macro Setup, similar to setup #5 but I've added some more lighting flexibility based on recent learning.

My Macro Setups are meant to be used with a DSLR body (Nikon, Canon, Sony, etc).

Normally, you would mount your DSLR (with Macro Lens attached) to a copy stand or tripod and point the camera at the coin to be photographed.

My Setups take the place of the copy stand AND Macro lens, so all you need to do is mount the DSLR body to the Setup and put your coin on the viewing stage.

So instead of buying a $500-$900 Macro Lens, and a $150-$300 Copy Stand, you can buy one of these Setups and take as good or better photos.

This setup includes:
- Black Bausch & Lomb micro/copy stand
- Pentax Auto-Bellows (M42 both ends)
- M42-M39 and M42-Nikon adapters
- Nikon 105mm Lens
- Your choice of black or silver finish LEDs, or none at all
- Reversible White/Foil diffuser/reflector (optional with LEDs)
- Plenty of advice and setup consultation

The lighting on this latest setup does a good job of providing both even illumination to bring out the surface details and color, but also brings out the luster. Here's a photo of a medium-lustrous, green-orange-toned 53-S Lincoln Cent using this setup in the configuration of the photo. The 105mm Nikon lens is giving good sharpness and flat focus over the entire coin and a faithful color reproduction.

Yes, and I'll do a nickel to round out the tour of metallic compositions! Sorry about the slab scratches, I guess I need to get some plastic polish:

Love it! I'll be buying one by the end of the year! imageimage Forgive my ignorance but is this a digital camera with a memory card and transfer cable like most others or something else?

Looks like this is just the setup, you have to supply your own camera.
