New true views plus guess the grade!

Here is another small batch of coins that went in for regrading. All came back the same grade and I'm very surprised. Some I was thinking would come back cameo 2 were in older holders. 1 had a gold bean the others green bean. As always, if you need to see a larger image, replace image link with Large instead of Medium.

What do you think they graded as? I picked these up for fun but I like em more and more.

Frankly, I could care less about the grades, those are 4 superb coins!

    Are they all graded 65?

Thanks, my collection is all over the place right now... everything from $100 coins to $25,000 coins. I'll be focusing more on condition rarities after the type set is complete... I have other coins not in the type set so take a look at those there, too image They are in other sets/my album.

    Grades are:

    1859 3CS US PR65
    1881 5C US PR67
    1878 T$1 Trade US PR63CA
    1866 5C Rays US PR66

Very surprised the 3CS wasn't upgraded to at least 65+cameo and it has nothing to do with the gold bean on it either...

That 1881 5c is a mind blower. Thanks for sharing.

Trade dollar 65 - all the rest 66 or better. Beautiful coins.

My opinion on the Trade is based solely on the reeding hit in the obverse field. Again, a beautiful coin.

    1859 3CS US PR65
    1881 5C US PR67
    1878 T$1 Trade US PR63CA
    1866 5C Rays US PR66

    I didn't look and guessed: MS66, PF66, PF65+, PF67.

The clash marks on the P/L 3c silver lead me to believe it was an unc. The trade dollar is awesome for just a 63. I too would have called it a 66 if not for that one field hit.
The rays nickel looks flawless. NGC would probably be far kinder to that trade dollar because of the toning.

Based on the photos, I would've guessed that 3 center was a business strike.

Thanks much. The best is yet to come. Many many upgrades to come on the "common" coins, plus a lot of early gold will be coming around. I'm looking to get some more "key dates" at a higher grade, too - although I basically pick up whatever looks good to me!!

Wow, those are a sight to behold. I literally got the chills. The rays nickel is my favorite!
