Unopened/untouched?

Here is a link to a seller on ebay. He has a few unopened 1970s vending available and claims he will have more unopened material coming. It doesn't look like he has sold many cards in the past. Do you buy his story in the auctions about his father working for Topps and these being untouched?

Topps vending boxes prior to 1977 read "Trading Cards" on them, not "Picture Cards"

I don't buy the story, but if real the pictures could be stock photos since it's the same on all 3 listings.
