Regarding cert. verification, or lack thereof

What would you do? If entering known good PCGS cert. numbers provides the return message: "That Cert is not available for display."

Try again in a couple days or call customer service.

I think it would be helpful too if PCGS would note that an attempt has been made to use a certain cert number to produce a counterfeit slab, such as the ones that have been on eBay, etc. that have been outed here.
