Joe Ferguson Dodgers jersey - 1971 - Value?

I am going through my stuff as I try to thin down my possessions and wondering about value of this item. I got it from a friend of mine whose cousin is Jerry Royster. Jerry came up with Joe Ferguson in the Dodger's organization. I have had it about 20 years now. I had it professionally framed long ago. Curious of estimates of value. Any help would be appreciated. I have posted 4 pictures including the one stain (anybody's guess what that is) which I had forgotten about until I took the camera out. Thanks in advance.

I sold an older Danny Ozark coaches jersey for $600 a few years ago. Don't know the market now, but I think with proper authentication (MEARS) it might be worth more. Awesome piece BTW.

I'd venture $800-$1000...is there a Name on Back?

If it is all original and has no # change etc. then I'd say about $1000 is in the ballpark. Very nice item BTW.

My guess would be 600-800. It's tough to hit that 1000 dollar mark on jersey's from this era of Ferguson's caliber. He was a pretty good catcher but not a star. Being a Dodger's jersey does help the value a bit more though.

IMF - the Dodgers didn't have names on the back until the knit era, I think the first knits they used were in '72.

I had it framed about 15 years ago so really do not remember but I do not believe his name was on the back. I think just on the front tag.
