    Hi,
I am a dealer in Minneapolis and would be happy to help. While I don't have a shop, I run one of the local coin show and buy/sell by appointment. If it's a B&M shop you're looking for, here are a couple suggestions:

    Valley Coin
    Crystal, MN
    763-513-9900

Craig is the owner, but he has several people that work there. They have a very wide selection of coins and supplies. Prices for both buy and sell are reasonable.

    American Rare Coin
    Bloomington, MN
I don't have the number handy, but you can look them up. They are a little more on the high end, but good to deal with.

I just received a coin today from ARCC. I've never met the people in person but Mark was very helpful over the phone and was happy to "talk shop" with an unknown potential buyer. I ended up with a green bean 1917 Type I MS64FH SLQ. They quickly responded to a request for photos of the coin and described it perfectly over the phone. They also responded to my e-mail questions quickly and accurately.

I'll be keeping them in my "good place to buy" list.

Went to Minnesota to a coin show last weekend. Great group of sellers and great selection of coins from that part of our country. As some may note : my avatar changed in honor of Walman (aka kilroy).

ARCC is decent as long as you're buddies with them. Dan lowballed me once and and i've never been back. i can't say anything good about him, but a friend of mine has been doing business with them for years.

'twin cities silver & gold' was decent as far as inventory, but the owner was kind of a douche. i say skip it.
