Need help in grading a circ commem

I know the image is grainy. I would really appreciate 'wear' grade opinions on this Long Island. TIA.

Kove, thanks, I didn't even notice that. It does look like H H was scratched in the sail.

Yes, less than XF, would like to see rims/thickness to say VF25-35. Nice, one of the lower grades I have seen. I had a XF45-AU50 with circ-cam look that was a favorite.
