1000th post, 1,000 baseball card giveaway -- OFFER CLOSED/see edit on original post

You read that right. In honor of my 1,000th post, I am giving away 1,000 baseball cards -- mostly from the 70s and 80s, with a few 50s, 60s and 90s thrown in.

All you need to do is PM your address and who your favorite team is -- that's not rocket science -- so I can mail you the cards.

(If anyone had 1,000 used card savers, it would be a BIG HELP!)

This is NOT a contest, where one person is picked. If 10 people PM me, each will get 100 cards. If 50 people PM me, that's 20 cards.

You get the idea, right?

***************************************
Edited:

OK, at some point I had to end the offer or I would never know how many cards to send.

40 people will get a surprise package with 25 cards each. Of those 40 people, 38 played by the rules (see above) and 2 will get random cards (you did not specify team).
In addition, and very sadly, I received numerous PMs with just your team. Sorry, I can't do anything with a PM that stated, 'Oakland A's, Thanks'. If this was you, PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME A FOLLOW UP PM -- not interested.

I sent you a PM, but who are you kidding. You aren't surrendering any Mets cards.

Thanks for the contest. Does this mean I have to send them back when I hit 1,000?
