can someone exsplain this please

i sent in a submision back in may. about 3 weeks later i get the following email:

Hello,

PCGS has received your order safely however we noticed a discrepancy on your form.

You have listed your coins with DDO and a Micro S, while 4 of the 5 coins you have submitted will receive this with no extra charge, line 5 is a variety we do need to charge you for.

If you would like PCGS to process your order with the variety added to line 5, please send PCGS authorization to charge you an additional $24.

If you do not wish to add variety, please reply to this e-mail stating such.

so i send them the ok for additional charges, thinking maybe i missed something. when i receive that "grades are available" i look and this is what i see:

i deal with the grade....but where is the variety designation they told me i had and paid for???
did i missunderstand the email they sent or ????
can someone please help.......no i havent contacted pcgs yet

The same thing happened to me with all of my variety attribution submissions. The variety description will not will not show up on the general 'order/submission' page, but when you are able to verify the cert.# it will show up there.
