Sent in a 33 card submission for the $10 special this month. I have been watching lately - waiting for an 8x10 special as well. Do these ever take place, and if so what is the typical fee for the special (assuming declared value under $100).

they had an 8x10 special in the beginning of the year. I believe it was 50% off fees that are $50 or less.
