1873 W/A Seated Dime with rotated reverse....Rare???

I did a bit of research and couldn't find any listing of this rotated die. I would say the rotation is about 45 degrees CCW. Anyone here have knowledge of this error, or is it too minor to get listed. Thanks in advance.

My guess would be no. Rotated dies happened more often than they do now.

This is not a common coin.

There are few places coins with rotated dies would be listed but the LSCC article of a few years ago is as complete a guide as any for Seated coins.
