Neat Items Purchased from a Toys/Collectibles Store

I stopped by a store (primarily toys, some other collectibles) near my son's school yesterday and purchased the following two items. The top item is a newspaper clipping from 1963 with the Providence College Friars NIT Team pictured. The bottom item is a placemat that says "1970 Baseball Guide" and has lists of the league leaders for major statistical categories from 1950 to 1969, a list of world champions, and a list of last year's statistical champions.
