1704 Olmutz Taler

Picked this up on ebay. These large flan pieces are nice, and this one in particular has a sharp strike.

Question - what to do here? Ask them to crack open and regrade or let it be?
Normally I would say go for it and put your trust in PCGS not missing anything like that, however I think NGC have been grading super strict lately and there is a risk of it not grading.
I don't suppose they can tell you whether or not it seems like it wouldn't body bag for any other reason bar ex mounted etc?
I only ask because I know I would be disappointed if I told them to crack it out and then they deemed it had been cleaned or body bagged it for a more obvious reason that could be seen through the slab.
If that was their answer I would definitely say yes go for it. It does look nicer then XF-45 unless it has been net graded for a problem that is not obvious.
