Okay, this will be the last time I post an alert for this address. Dealers, please add the address below to your Do Not Ship list.

Thanks for the alert. Question for the mail order dealers----do you only ship to the billing address and do the credit card companies let you know what the billing address is and verify the card is still valid? Seems like this would eliminate most of the danger taking credit card orders or am I missing something here?

Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

We recently had an attempted credit card fraud where they stole some guys credit card number, CHANGED HIS BILLING ADDRESS, and attempted to order something sent to the bogus address.

If it's a new customer, we'll typically only ship to the billing address. And yes, you can verify the address with the credit card companies.

Yeah, we've had a few of those also. The first time it happened they were successful in getting a coin from us. Amazingly (and I do mean amazingly), the credit card company ate it. We did do everything by the book on our end and I guess that was enough for them. Usually, it's the merchants who pay the cost for credit card fraud.
