My report to eBay doesn't seem to work, can someone else try?

The item for sale is a counterfeit 1861 Seated dollar:

EBay has ignored both of my reports that this is counterfeit, seller responded with "I am glad to read your comment: Please let me know how you can see that on a pic!!!!!!:"
My response was that I have four 1861 dollars in stock, and none has the date with the last two digits up into the base of the rock.
No response from seller, and seller didn't pull the item.
Does someone have enough "pull" with eBay that will result in eBay "pulling" the item?
I know the fake is laughable, but someone bid $227.50 for an 1853 with arrows half dime mislabeled as an 1863 the other day!
