Can you give me the date of the issue, I may have a hard copy stored away in a box somewhere. Laying my hands on it is a different story...

I believe it's May/June 2001.

I have the issue, but I don't think it's what you want. It's a Washington-Carver 50c, not a Franklin 50c...
