What to do with broken out slab inserts when returning them to pcgs?
I have a few old rattler slab inserts from PCGS. I am getting ready to send in an express grading order. I was wondering, when I send this package, can I include a small envelope with these inserts so they (PCGS) can reflect the population reports? Is there still like a 10 cent credit per insert? Not that it'll amount to much, but a little change would be nice. Anybody with recent experience in doing so have any advice, or even Don Willis himself?
Thanks!

Yes! It's important that we keep the pop reports accurate.
