My latest roman republic that I ended up getting VERY cheap. Ive loved this coin's art pretty much since I first saw it last year & am now a proud owner of one.

R: The shepard Faustulus discovering the she-wolf suckling Romulus and Remus; three birds in branches of fig tree behind.

Very nice! I only see one bird, though.

The other two are actually on the very top if the coin was struck from more above, but then the ROMA would be missing.

I only know cause of better examples of this type I have seen.
