Payments to 4 Sharp Corners Routed Incorrectly

Lately about half the payments I've sent to 4SC through Paypal have gone unclaimed because when I go through the checkout process it somehow sends the payment to paypal@foursharpcornersimages. I contacted them about this a while ago and they said it was a problem they are having on their end and I was able to get them payment without going through the eBay checkout . . . but the problem persists and I'm wondering if others are finding this to be an issue? It's getting to the point where I don't want to order from them because it's more of a hassle than it is worth to me.

Not only that, but you are depriving yourself of cash back thru ebay bucks program when you pay that way.

Wow, I'm honored that your 10,000 post happened on my little 'ol thread!

I hadn't even thought of the eBay Bucks angle on this.

I had the same issue last week with a 75 mini I purchased from them. Like you, I had to manually go through PayPal and bypass eBay checkout. It all worked out fine in the end, but it was a pain. I suppose I lost $0.20 in eBay bucks, but no big deal. I was just glad to get the card.

    Congrats on 10,000 Grote!!!

O.K. what is your title going to be? I'm sure Stevek knows one for you. image

Thanks, fellas! I didn't mean to sidetrack TheVon's thread, but I do feel that a seller is very irresponsible if they continue to let payments go unclaimed. All they need to do is update the payment e-mail address when they list. And as ebay gives you 2% cash back on purchases, why should you lose $2 for every hundred that you spend with them?

SteveK did have a suggestion for my title, but I told him "IMAPHILLIEFANATIC" exceeded the max character count, LOL..

Thanks for putting this out there TheVon. At least we're now aware of this issue if we buy from them.

As an accountant, that would annoy the hell out of me.

They are still having this problem. I'm super annoyed with the amount of times I've had to cancel unclaimed payments in my Paypal account, contact 4SC about the issue, and resubmitting payment. If I had a customer, I'd try anything I could to make sure they only had to pay me once.
