IMO, the Heat will need to "win one more in Dallas"

This is what kills me. From a Laker Haters point of view, I can understand when "they" are so happy when the Lakers don't make it to Finals. They want someone else in the Finals for a change, or their own team, if they are a west fan. I can understand that. Mavs have choked their good teams away since 2006. Now after the Lakers get all the verbal beatdowns for their collapse and Mavs sweep, once again, the Mavs are gonna choke it away. Since 1979, Lakers 16x, 10-6. Rockets to the Finals 4x, 2-4. Spurs 4x, 4-0. Mavs now 2x, 0-1 so far, Jazz 2x, 0-2, Trailblazers 2x, 0-2. The ONLY teams from the west, other then the Lakers to walk the walk after talking the talk is the Spurs and Rockets for teams with more then one appearence in Finals.

I'd prefer it if the Mavs won. If the Mavs lose this series, then it's pretty much same ol' shat. Another team beats the Lakers and can't finish it off. Nothing against the Mavs or any fans, just the way it is.

Nice calls rd....you were spot on! Mavs got a total team effort, and by your pleading with LeBron, its seems you thought there was a chance he could have had a bad game. He laid an all-time egg, and was a complete non-factor in 4th quarter on both ends. Certainly not what you are looking for from "the best player of all-time".

BTW - I think the Mavs have finally figured out ways to get open shots. They know how to attack the Heat defense now. Spoelstra is not good enough to make the proper adjustments. If the Mavs get the same looks in Game 5 that they got in Game 4, they will win by 15.

Well, Lebron may have had a ho hum game, but that game 4 heat loss, was IMO, because of all those 4th quarter Heat turnovers.

Yes, I have to agree with you, if Heat win next game, they are the Champs. I don't see Mavs winning 2 in Miami. Impossible no, improbable yes. Even if Mavs win and go up 3-2, I see heat making it 3-3 anyway. Nothing personal, I hope Mavs win, but like I said before, I'll believe it when I see it. Other then Lakers/Spurs, west teams find a way to lose their one or second shot at a title.
