My ebay situation

a bidder won roughly 230 hockey cards from me nearly 2 weeks ago, paid for them sunday and they were shipped monday, well I receive an email from him saying some of the cards had corner damage(says all the cards are damaged yet he said he doesnt have the time or patience to look through the others). Now in my listings they all said the cards were in NM condition ( psa 7 roughly) which could have some slight corner damage. He then threatens me with a SNAD and 230 negs (is this feedback extortion?). This is going to be a long night.

PM his name I wanna check and see if he is known for doing this if you don't mind.
I've offered him a full refund if he will send the cards back but he hasnt agreed to it plus im wondering if his threat of the 230 negs is feedback extortion im not sure though.

<< <i>Just offer a full refund after he returns them, you will be forced to anyway if he files the SNAD claim. Do not offer a partial refund. >>
Do what is best for you. It sounds like it could get ugly. I would also accept return and take shipping cost loss and move on.

In the future you can block buyers from purchasing more than a certain amount of auctions.

Maybe I'm reading it wrong but your definition of NM and his seem to be different. A NM condition PSA 7 card does not have corner damage - it has fraying, but I don't consider the word fraying to mean damage. To me "damage" is like a ding, and if the cards are dinged, then they are not truly NM cards.
In any event, I would agree with just have him return the cards and refund his money. I realize ya put in a lot of work into this with 230 lots, sorting, shipping, etc, but that's the reality of selling on ebay...and next time you'll know to put in the ebay description, "could have some slight corner damage." Sorry if I misread your comment on your listing description and what the actual cards looked like.
BTW: NM on ebay sometimes means a "dinged", or the ebay word is usually "touched", corner to make it sound better. Depending on the ebay auction and seller, I bid accordingly realizing too many ebay sellers overgrade their cards. Depending on the price, etc, I think this buyer expected true NM cards, and at least some were not true NM cards, and so he wasn't too happy about it. Again, sorry if my two cent analysis is incorrect.
<< <i>Sellers: We raise or lower the seller's Feedback score by a total of 1 point, based on the total number of positives and negatives left by the buyer. Give me a break, they are all damaged, last chance before I open a SNAD and hit you with 250+ negatives. How do you want to handle this, they are all damaged and they are all damaged in the lower right hand corner because you didn't pack this properly.
a later message:
This damage is different from the little, if any, is visible on the pictures of some of the other cards. I have neither the time nor the patience to search through 230+ items to see if I missed any damage. They all have damage in the lower right-hand corner consistent with the miserable packing job
they were shipped in a 250 card cardboard box with paper towel packing to fill in the empty space. He ordered 230 cards.

If you did not double box them it could very well be that they are now damaged, just using the 250 count box alone does not protect the cards enough during shipping.
Checking out the buyer there is zero history of him trying to extort someone at least on that account.
It sounds to me like maybe they were not packaged well enough. I screwed myself about 4 months ago shipping out close to $2000 worth of Magic the Gathering cards that had corners (Collector's Edition for those who know what I am talking about) and when the box was received by the store I sell to they all had corner damage to the same corner costing me about $500 since they went from NM to played. If there is any movement at all in that type of box when they are shipped expect the postal service to treat that box like crap and for those cards to bang around.
Still as others said offer full refund upon return of everything. No partial refund because he can later screw you and get all the money back.

So what do you do just put info and postage right on the box???
If that is the case you set yourself up for failure. Not trying to be mean, but you have to at least put them in plastic count holders(50,100) then wrap them in bubble wrap, then in a box. Full refund, pay for return shipping, move on.
