Someone sent me this link. I think PCGS really should put their slabbed coin pictures online to people to check like NGC does.

I never thought about using the wind as a delivery option. This seller is environmentally friendly also.

In all seriousness, this has to be one of, if not THE biggest threat to the long term viability of the PCGS brand.

I completely agree with you but it seems that PCGS did not think so. So no action is taken.
  • This has been going on for several years and it is widespread. Sellers advertise counterfeit coins of many nations in fake PCGS holders. I reported it directly to PCGS more than 18 months ago with a web address of a seller in China. Whatever PCGS has done to address the problem so far hasn't worked.

Now a test here. Do you think this is AU50 or fake? If this is in NGC holder I can check online to make sure it is genuine before I buy it if I want to buy it but wtih PCGS I wold pass it since I am not sure if it is genuine or not. You see my point?
