19 is right with the proofs, allthough the 65 SMS has really nice steps
and in my opinion are kinda tuff in FS, especially without the dings that
are common in the SMS years, I think the 65 is a keeper.

I totally agree as not ALL 65-67 SMS Jefferson's have full steps. Some don't even have a full single step.
