WTB: 1909 S-VDB in PCGS MS62-64, PCGS Lincoln Memorial Proofs, 2009 Lincoln 4-coin set

Haven't been actively collecting in a couple of years, my Lincoln Cent collection has only been missing this key date all these years. Recently came into a small amount of money and would like to finish my collection. After looking over the recent sales prices on eBay and elsewhere, I think I have a good feeling for what they're going for these days. Looks like something in MS62-64 range is what I'm looking for. PCGS or NGC certified only please. Let me know if you have one to sell.

Also looking to fill in some of the remaining holes in my PCGS Lincoln Memorial Proof Set:
1960 small date
1968
1970 Large and Small dates
1972
1976


Also I wouldn't mind picking up one of the Lincoln 2009 Proof sets if anyone has one of those they'd like to sell.
