As you have properly listed them - 50s charms - don't know if you're aware - but it's believed that the pics were taken from the R423 strip cards.
It's hard to find a reference with a list of the actual pics.
My guess?
Charm #2 - Mel Parnell
Charm #3 (front) - Whitey Lockman
You can find examples of strips on the net - but it's hard to find a large enough scan of the strips to pick these guys out fer sure.
Plus - right now - there's no Parnell or Lockman for sale on ebay.
These came out of charm vending machines in the 50s.
Notice in the Berk Ross issue - the pics are similar with respect to the head shot with the R423.
I think this just about nails the first one.
The best I could find right now - there's a similarity - Lockman on the lefthand side of the strip.

<< <i>Hey thanks you guys. Great work. So it seems like # 1 could be Carl Erskine, # 2 and 3 reverse ARE Mel Parnell and # 3 front is probably Lochman. Now I can get them on ebay. Again, thanks for the great information.Bob >>
Hi Bob
I think - like Sean - that #1 is Carl Furillo.
