UPDATED--PSA's messed up my mech error order

I had two PSA/DNA cards that had really dumb mechanical errors. One was a 1936 R313 National Chicle Fine Pen with Lefty Gomez and Red Ruffing, and they put Lefty Grove on the flip instead of Lefty Gomez. The other was a TCMA card with Preacher Roe and Johnny Podres, and they spelled Preacher Roe's name "Row."

One was in a blue flip and one was in a red flip, so I called before I sent them to ask if I needed two separate submissions or if I could just put it on one form. The customer service rep told me to use one form and they would take care of it.

I then received notice last night that my order was received the the total number of items received was one; I was obviously concerned.

I called customer service this morning and the girl I spoke with told me she would look into it. I still hadn't heard from her as of a few minutes ago, so I called back and got the same representative, who said she still hasn't heard anything.

Has anyone had a similar problem, or does anyone have any suggestions?

yikes!! no never

but I have had great psa customer service so I am sure they will make it all right
sooner then later
hopefully they aren't going to make you wait over a long weekend

The short version of the original issue is that they split it into two orders without telling me, so I had to wait for them to get me the new order number.

They did something today that was 10x worse, though. I received a package with my Preacher Roe/Johnny Podres card back... and the flip is still the same!!! It still says "P. ROW." Does anyone have any advice on what I should do? Do I need to send it back again, and if so how do I make sure they actually correct the error this time? With this order, I enclosed a separate letter clearly explaining what the issue was and how I wanted them to fix it.

I would complain to heck.... There's no excuses for screwing it up multiple times... Had this problem with ebay but everyone knows they don't care.
