How long after submission received before PCGS acknowleges it?

I sent in a submission on Friday. It was delivered (according to the USPS website) on Monday, and PCGS still doesn't show it as having been received. How long should I wait before I start getting concerned?

My last submission was 2 years ago, and I don't remember if it took this long before.

I've seen anywhere from the same day to 4 business days (my latest submission). What sucks about that is the submission time starts when they enter it into the system, not when they receive it.

My recent submission was delivered on Tuesday 5/17 and was logged in by PCGS on Wednesday 5/18. -Preussen
