Polite way to respond to 0 feedback offer on BIN

I know we all started as 0s and I've sold to 0s in the past with no problem and I've sold to 0s with problems. I just got a decent offer on a card from someone that joined Ebay yesterday (card was listed this morning so he didn't join for this card). I don't really feel like screwing around and waiting to be paid or end up with a NPB but I could really use the $ he's offering. And he's offering a little more than any others have sold for.
Is there a polite way to ask him if he's serious and won't be a problem? I can't come up with one LOL Kinda wish he included a message with his offer

<< <i>The closest thing to fool-proof would be to end your current BIN/Best Offer and relist it as a BIN for the price he offered with Immeditae Payment Required with NO Best Offer option. >>

I have done that numerous times, tho not because of ZERO FB.
.........
Newbies are often VERY eager to make a buy.
Personally, I am always glad to see them.
I dunno if there are stats that tell us ZERO-FBers are more
dangerous than folks with less than 100-FB, but my own
experience is that newbies are usually good biznez.

Like MANY folks I have lots of EBAY IDs. The ones with
low FB are just as golden as the ones with high FB. If
I buy something cheap on one ID, I want to sell it on
another ID.
The smart EBAY play in the current economy is to sell,
sell, sell. Deal with any problems after you get the
orders.
Pierre's maxim that "most people are good" is still true
on EBAY. We ALL lose sight of that, tho, when we have
to deal with some of the SCUM that now populates the
site.
Now the wait to see what happens
He "bought" 6 items on Saturday totaling $700 and still has 0 feedback including the same card twice (1 BIN and 1 auction)
<< <i>Simply execute the BIN Best Offer if the price is right. Odds are someone wouldn't go through the trouble just to bail on the purchase. You have nothing to lose other than a little time in recouping fees and re-listing and it sounds like you have a little more upside than you would get otherwise. I'd accept the offer and take my chances... >>
what he said...
Worked out good as long as this guy pays
Doubt he'll be around for long since it appears he didn't pay for anything he purchased - jakerox10 - if you want to throw him on your bbl
