1910 T220 Mecca Boxing - size questions

For any of you boxing card experts out there - with the set in question (1910 T220 Mecca Boxing), I've found lots of cards (including commons) that have some noticeable size discrepancies. They're almost all right at 2 1/2 inches in width, but I have several that vary in length - including PSA graded examples. Is it common with this set to have some size variations or do I have some trimmed cards on my hands? I always hesitate to assume someone took the time and energy to trim a common card - even when it's over 100 years old.
Thank you in advance for any feedback on the matter.

I'm not looking to sell any at the moment. I'm currently putting together a submission lot, and I'm trying to avoid any EOT's.

I bought a lot of 120 of those a few years ago and noticed the same thing, about half were longer than others. I subbed a bunch in three different lots, this was when PSA was going through its every other card has EOT, lost lots of money on grading fees. I remember one sub was 60 cards and 25 or so were EOT. Over the course of the next couple of years I slipped a few in many subs and got them all into slabs.
Prepare for the worst and send the different sizes in together.

I'm just trying to figure out if this is a factory flaw. But it makes me feel better that you noticed the same discrepancies.
