Question about 4 sharp corners

Hey all

Wondering what your thoughts are on 4 sharp corners on ebay. They have some stuff i like at a decent price. Thing is, to me more than a few PSA holders seem o have a bit of white or as some say frosting on the side. It doesn't go the full side just abit here and there. Are PSA holders like that? Anyone deal with these guys? Your thoughts would help greatly. Thanks
Why do superheros only hang out in New York or L.A.? Why not Bangor??

Very good. Many good transactions with them.

Worries about slightly overgraded cards - Yes.
Worries about tampering with cases - No.

Support 4SC, folks. Sellers like them help out the registry collectors and they keep revenue flowing to PSA. All good things for the long run.

I agree I have gotten more then few over graded cards from them. It stunk too because I couldn't see the minor flaws in their front scans they provide or the back of the card had problems and they don't scan backs. Since I am a stickler about flaws I had to turn around and resell those over graded cards image

I do buy from them and haven't had problems getting the card(s). My main beef with them is they sell a lot of over graded cards and they charge high shipping charges. Personally I stay away from them unless they are the only seller with the card I need. Just my opinion.

I've had a good run buying raw from them. Free shipping and reasonable prices. At least when they say NM its EX-NM to NM and not VG like most other ebay cards listed as NM.

Their shipping charges are only high if you buy 1 or a few cards from them. If you buy lots, their charges are quite low.

<< <i>This lets them get out more orders and is more environmentally friendly as less packaging is being used for more items. >>

tee-hee. crackin' me up. what they withhold in packaging they make up for in PSA holders. i'm sure our environment will be thanking us long after the last collector has gone to the worms.

+1 for 4SC and a smart business model for volume distribution.

I recently sent in two PSA 9 crack outs that I purchased from 4sc.

    One came back

the other: PSA 10 GEM MINT.

His post tells us nothing; one got over graded and one got under graded.

I believe they have been suspected of trimming cards.
Someone who has been here for a while may know for sure.

I just looked in my spreadsheet for documenting the transactions I made putting my '62T collection together. I have only 1 card from 4SC (out of 691 in my complete master set).

If I remember correctly, I usually skipped over their cards due to off-centering issues.

Best of luck in your dealings with them!

I give them kudos for deciding to stop trimming 75T minis
  • They have some serious inventory... I have boughten several cards from them with no issues. Not familiar with the trimming issue if they indeed have or had one.

25,000 PSA cards is a lot, a real lot!

They must get cards graded for like $3 a piece, have the same graders, favorable grades possibly?

    Good for them.

That might have been what I was referring to because in 00-03 I was working on a mini yankee set in Psa 8+

    Kudos is correct!
