Lack of PSA automated submission forms

I am a coin dealer who dabbles in decent sportscards. I was a full-time dealer from 1985-1993.

I send in coins to PCGS, and their system is fully automated with regards to having an interactive entry form. Every coin has a lookup number (impractical and unncessary in this area), but the totals, shipping, and everything are calculated automatically. You can even put your check or card information in there. The only thing you have to do with the forms is sign them.

The other thing that I mentioned to customer service is the inability to review your submission details (i.e. what your items are) BEFORE it gets shipped. NGC (coin grading) allows you to do this, and it's real nice because you can see if there is an error from either party. Errors can hold up submissions, which is costly if you are paying big money to get it back fast.

I sent these recommendations to CS. I think PSA does a wonderful job for the hobby. I miss buying 1968 Mantles fresh from vending for $35.00 per, but I do not miss seeing counterfeit Pete Rose rookies at every local show I attended being touted as real (perhaps that's still the case?).

In any event, I was wondering what your feedback on this was.
