I got some addresses and other info from another site but have some general questions before I start on my campaign.

What do you normally send for a card signature besides the card?

If you send money do you send cash or a check? If by check, do you fill in the Pay TO ________?

Do you include a pen?

How do you pack it all?

Anyone have a sample request letter that has been successful?

Any other tips?

If you send money do you send cash or a check? If by check, do you fill in the Pay TO ________? absolutely, dont want someone else taking it, if sending $5 or less I send cash, otherwise check or MO., I don't like a lot of floating checks out there

Do you include a pen? only if I don't think they have the kind I want i.e. silver on dark cards

How do you pack it all? loose

Anyone have a sample request letter that has been successful? couple sentences at most for modern, can write more for older types that may read them. dont kiss there ass, just be polite, mention why you admire them

Any other tips? be patient and dont send anything you would be sad to never see again
