Street & Smith Baseball 1956

Hello all... came across a stack of old Street & Smith Baseball Magazines a few weeks back. I've sold a few of them already, but there was one that the bidding skyrocketed on and then I got stuck with a non-paying bidder, and the other guy didn't want the 2nd chance offer. Before I relist it, I thought I would post it here and see what the consensus is on it. I did some research before I started selling them, and other than the seemingly overpriced ones selling from Dean's Cards, I wasn't able to find any kind of pricing guide or any other real concrete info on what they are worth. The one in question is this 1956 issue with Mantle and Snider on the cover. It's in far from mint condition, there's a tear on the right side on Mantle's arm, and the spine has some wear & tear. Other than that it looks great, no creasing and no missing pages. Is it normally recommended to get these graded? If so, where?

That is the OP's magazine that the top bidder did not pay for.
Here is an example that sold in April for $50

A copy also sold in November for $87.50.
Two copies sold in December for $25 each.
