Don't think this really has any bearing on anything, but am I missing something?

Upcoming changes to Selling Manager emails--act now to preserve your content
Dear thedutymon:
As originally announced in March, starting May 24 you'll be able to see all of the emails that eBay sends to buyers after a transaction, manage your buyer-facing Automated Answers, and access your Store newsletters-all from one convenient page. The new "Manage communications with buyers" page will be located in My eBay under the Account tab.
At the same time, customized emails created via Selling Manager will be discontinued. To ensure that you don't lose any of your content, be sure to review your customized email templates, then copy and paste the content that you wish to keep into your own document. You won't be able to access these templates after May 24, so please make sure you do this ASAP.
You can continue to edit the End of Auction (or Buyer Success) emails that eBay sends to buyers after they've won an auction. You can also edit the invoices you send to your buyers. Both of these communications can be edited via My eBay > Account tab > Marketing Tools. Note that as of May 24, this editing functionality will move to the "Manage communications with buyers" page. And of course, you can continue to send messages to your buyer through your Messages Inbox, the item page, or the buyer's My World page.
We hope you'll take advantage of the convenience this new page offers when it launches in the coming weeks.
