1974 Dave Winfield rookie...O-Pee-Chee.

Just picked up today off ebay, been looking for a while. These don't come up too often. It was kinda pricey...$50. What do you guys think??

Claude ... card has decent eye appeal ... If sent in to PSA I think the corners would bring it down to a 6. With that said, I think you over paid for the card. HOWEVER, since you said the card does not come up often and it seems like you are keeping it for your own collection I would feel comfortable with the purchase. ENJOY.

You're right, that card is a rarity! NICE find! Congrats on the pickup... I know I'd be happy to own it!

Heaven knows I've blown a helluva lot more $$ on a card worth a helluva lot less than that one! image

Not a card that appears on the market very often. Nicely centered (S/S) with great eye appeal. Nice card and not an unreasonable price, especially considering that you've been looking.

    Hi Claude

    Very nice pickup.

I picked one up SGC graded in an auction where it was buried with a bunch of auto'ed stuff and missed - was very happy with the card.

Have no idea on value of these cards - just like having it.

A PSA 7 sold for $74, so I think $50 for this one is about right.

I think a lot of 60s and early 70s OPC cards are undervalued and have big potential! Congrats on finding a card that you have been looking for a while! image

Nice pickup...'74 OPC's are definitely hard to find in great shape.

    Congrats...image
