Home Trading Cards & Memorabilia Forum

I've had more out of country questions on this card than anything else... Should I?

I listed this with some other random stuff, and I've had 5 messages (I have 6 watchers) from people in Taiwan, Japan, and China asking if they can bid on the card.

What is the difference in shipping to those countries and is it gonna be worth it in the long run to sell to those guys?

Sean ... is it an expensive card? Based upon the bids right now I'd say it is not. If the card were less than $20.00 I probably would not bother with the potential hassle you could have with shipping overseas. JMO. Others may think there will be no hassle at all.

I have sold many items to overseas customers. It seems that basketball cards are popular in Australia, New Zealand, some parts of Europe, and China. I have never had a problem, other than a package being delayed in customs for a couple of weeks.

Use this link for pricing. http://www.usps.com/prices/first-class-mail-international-prices.htm You will need a customs form, PS2976 which is available at the Post Office.

Cards under $50, I have no problem sending overseas. Regular 1st class international with customs forum should be fine. Not covered under ebay policies, but I've had LESS problems with overseas buyers than buyers in the USA (go figure?!?)

You need to do your homework on your 90s Basketball cards...you've threaded about 2 very nice ones so far!
