Question on uncut sheets.

Need someones help on this although I could email PSA.My Grandson has a complete 1985/86 Opee Chee Hockey set in 6 card uncut strips.One of the has Gretzkey and Patrick Roa card on the same strip.Does PSA grade card strips?Would he be wise to cut the strip to singles?

I would appreciate a response.
