  • I always thought that as long as you have a DC and it shows as delivered, you win...I could be wrong. Wait and see what the others have to say before taking my word on it.

Cunfusedimage Are you the Seller or Buyer? What is your question, after we establish which you are? If you sold a Card and the Buyer says he didn't recieve it and you have DC showing it delivered.............Tell him to go pound sand. If he files a claim you enter DC number....usually you win, but not always!

Each time a buyer claims "didn't receive", I simple tell them to check the tracking on ebay or paypal. After that, all is good and quiet.

However, I did have one case where it was delivered to a different zip code than the buyer and I refunded their money.

If you have DC and it was less than $250 you are covered. Anything over $250 you need a signature for confirmation, if you only have delivery confirmation you will be SOL.
From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

Message your buyer and politely explain that DC shows it was delivered.

Ask him if it's possible that it's in his house? Perhaps he had a lot of deliveries as of late
    and is confused?

    Good for you.

Thanks to everyone who posted. Sorry I don't know if I am the buyer or seller. If this happens to you post it and let everyone know about it because this person is probably trying to scam me.image

  • I purchased a 92 Stadium Club Favre that had $200 insurance and delivery confirmation on it. The card never showed. Probably the only one I never received and the guy lived 150 miles away. Normal mail guy off the day of delivery. Post office refused refund since tracking information showed that the card was delivered....................I was out.

We run into this at the Post Office a lot. 99% of the time the customer calls back in a couple of days and says:

My kids brought the mail into the house and we found the package in the basement.

My daughter picked up our mail because we were gone for a few days and forgot to tell us that she had picked up the package.

My wife brought the mail into the house and forgot to tell me that we received a package.

And on and on. The Post Office always get blamed but most of the time the package was delivered correctly.
