Buyer in India Question?

Good Day,
Just got an offer for an Item from my Store at full retail of $550.00 from a Buyer in India. It is a non card item (Video Store Display) and will be fairly light weight, but will have to go in a medium size box, due to size wise demensions.
How do I cover myself 100% with Paypal. I have room to work on this, so if shipping is $35-$60 that is no problem. I just want to make sure that it can't come back to bite me.
What is my best plan here?
Thanks
Neil

Ways to HELP protect yourself:
- Wait until the money completely clears into your bank to ship it (You do ALWAYS keep $0 in your paypal correct?)
- You HAVE to send express because that is the only internationally tracked package, it probably will be closer to that $60.
If the buyer plans to screw you, they can... That is how paypal works.
Edited for grammar errors....
medium or large flat rate priority box with insurance tracking available plus signature required.
I have shipped both ways without a problem, I believe both are paypal compliant.
the other way is Global Express Guaranteed very expensive but can be insured up to 2499.99 the other 2 ways insurance available up to 650.00.
the cheapest is probably the flat rate priority boxes, just depends on weight, 20lb weight limit on flat rate boxes.
