What is "Near Sharp"?

i thought i'd start a new topic today. yes, i'm rather bored.......and i want answers.
how did eBayers suddenly come up with this complexity of descriptions for sportscards which sometimes include the aforementioned in the title as well as the following:
Near Ex
Near Not Thrashed (ok i made that up)
Just A Teeny Bit Off-centered (applies to cards with 3 or less borders, except 54 Topps, which gets 2 or less)
Near Complete (applies to cards which are missing a triangular corner section)
Near My Sister's House (applies to cards found in a street gutter)
Near The Turnpike (same as above, except replace "in a street gutter" with "beneath the overpass")
and who declared "eBay Sucks For Vintage" Month, anyways?

1987 Topps Barry Bonds RC PSA gradable: if you don't mind PSA 1 or PSA 2 because everything is gradable
Near great condition.
Pack fresh, but forgets to mention the UPS truck ran over the pack 10 times before opening the pack .
listing as a reprint because of ebay's rules but looks old & real to me.
