I have gone a whole day without eBay

I am trying to go a whole month without buying any Jackie Robinson cards on eBay. The only way I think I will be able to do this is by not going to eBay at all. I usually search for new Robinson cards several times throughout the day. More of a habit than anything, and then I watch any cards I find of interest. So then when these auctions are close to being done I get an alert on my iPhone. There have been so many new cards lately, and I have been able to get such good deals on these cards that it is getting a bit out of hand. So I am proving to myself that I can do it.

I have never had anything i would consider an addiction. I do not drink, smoke or do drugs. But I may be addicted to collecting.

come back ... we need you...if you were buying steve carlton or boog powell ( I used the names of 2 players I like ) I would agree...
but its jackie robinson....nothing wrong with buying him daily...

Not going to ebay might be bad for some people. I doubt it is any where near as bad as the folks who own a PS3 feel right now. The Playstation network has been down for almost a month now! People over there are freaking out something serious.

You can't take anytime off on EBAY if you are collecting a set. You have to check it on the hour if you don't want to let something fall through the cracks.
