Post your favorite autographed baseball

Many of us have autographed items - including baseballs.

I was wondering if any of you have a favorite?

Mine is George Brett - 3000th hit - game used ball - PSA/DNA including a letter from the umpire.

I was just looking for an auto ball when I saw this one - I think the weak sig made it unpopular - but the history of the ball is more important to me than the quality of the sig.

Anyone remember when TNTonPMS sold this one? 1932 NY Yankees - he consigned it to REA - went for around 24K? I saved these pics - I believe it's the one.

I got this at Ted Williams Camp back in 79 or 80 (I went both years) Met Ted both times I was there and probably had 6 or 7 balls signed by him at one point. This is the only one that survived. I think we even played with this ball after it was signed. I gave it to my father back in 1985 or 86 and got it back in 2004 after he passed away. If there's any one item in my collection that will never leave again, it's this one:

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

I recently decided to take up the challenge of completing a 600 home run ball. I've got Bonds, Mays, and Aaron so far. Still need Griffey, A-Rod, Sosa, Thome (should reach 600 this season). Ruth is the only deceased member

My favorite. Got this signed in person a few years ago. I already have a few signed Ozzie so I thought it would be cool to see if he would sign his whole name:

I described the circumstances on how I acquired this particular ball last month, but it's a GU ball from Cal Ripken's 3000th hit game in Minneapolis:

Got this one signed by my dad a few months before he checked out for good last year. It's a great memento. Got the idea from these boards, and hope to pass it on.

That is VERY cool. I'm going to steal this idea and get my grandfather (and father) to do the same while I still have both....
