Looking to buy serial #'d cards, price paid varies by brand a little bit (More on triple threads/exquisite etc than say topps refs)
Also looking for bulk refractors along with the serial
I want to clarify what I mean for refractors and serial, I mean the lowest of the low end, johnny noname, I am not looking for stars or even semi stars
