With a decent jobs number print the risk on trade seems to be taking root this morning. Nice bounce in gold/silver the past couple of minutes right along with equities futues. Intresting indeed. MJ

    Unemployment went back to 9% from 8.8% ??? Then they also announce a "decent" #???

    They hired more spin doctors but laid off a greater number of us manufacturing types.

    I also think that the 60K workers Mcdonald's hired are in that number. The sick thing is some economists are encouraged by the fact unemployment went back up to 9.0%. The throry is that folks that quit looking for work are have more confidence/hope in trying to find a job again. WR, I think about you daily and have my fingers and toes crossed for you.

    My current gig looks very weak indeed at this point in spite of the uptick in the economy. grrrr
