There is a member with 100% feedback selling a ton of unopened, jjhaynes. Should I know him? Is he on these boards? With such great feedback is he worth buying unopened from? Thanks!

Hello nendee. I've seen jjhaynes on eBay, but I never bought anything from him as his prices are usually on the high side. He is even higher than BBCE on a bunch of unopened material. His feedback is impressive and I have not heard anything negative about him. I checked out who he has bought from over the last 2 years or so and he overwhelmingly buys from very reputable sellers but there are a few sellers that are known resealers, "antiques*pplus", "bbwax", "tjs6121", and "letsgetitstarted1". I guess you would need to verify the source of the unopened material and if he mentions any of those sellers, stay clear.

I personally got taken by letsgetitstarted1 and had to rip open the packs I purchased from him as a result since I didn't find out until well after I purchased the packs from him.

I believe I mostly remember jjhaynes as I've bid against him on things in the past which happens a lot on eBay when collecting unopened material.

Since this Seller, as the previous poster has pointed out, buys material from Known Re-Sealers, that is all you need to know. Not one single item of his can be trusted, at the very least he is not doing his due dilligence or worse case, knows exactly what he is doing. Either way, don't just steer clear, Run the Frick to other way!!!

Thanks Mike - yeah his prices are completely nuts. I think I'll just stick with BBCE, and I've had luck with Fritsch
