I wish I could get my mind around ancients, but to be honest with you, it is enough just to get my mind around the "modern" foreign that I am focusing on now.
However, I can see how one could really get into the research and collecting Asian and ancient coinage. -Dan

Funny how there's the light scratches around the cartouche on the FIC 1c.. from what I've seen these notoriously collect verdigris around there, looks like someone worked it off that one. Still a nice coin, I have one just like it, scratches and all
