Can anyone ID any of these?

Hey

Can anyone tell what coins any of these are? I know the pics aren't that great. Do any of them have silver? I will try and get some better pics.

Thanks

Might be better to separate the obvious bronze and copper and photograph the white metals by themselfs , i can ID most of those coins as i'm sure others can.The only one that stands out for me is i think i see the obverse of a French franc , might even be a 2 franc , that might be silver.
  • Thanks for the replies. Here are a couple more pics. These are 1940 and older.

Those US/Filapina coins might be silver , anything larger than 5 centavos is. Theres several there i suspect are silver, itll take time to look them all up and gardening duty is calling.Im sure others will pipe up what they know and anything left this evening i'll break out the Krause.

The ones in the last picture look all copper-nickel to me.

A few of the smaller pieces jump out at me as being silver. Specifically, I think all of the Phillipines coins in the 3rd (1st row, 4th coin, 3rd row 2nd coin) and 4th pic (2nd row, 2nd coin, 4th row 1st coin). Also the two Netherlands pieces in the 4th pic might be as well (3rd row 3rd & 4th coin) but need to see the reverse to be sure. There are also a couple of french 1 franc pieces in the 1st pic (lower left quad) that may be pre 1920 silver coins.

Altho an interesting and fun mix of coins, everything else seems to be base metal, low value pieces.

Nothing silver besides the shilling in the upper right on the last photo. Pretty much the usual suspects for foreign coinage. Nice grouping for foreign! Thanks for sharing! -Dan

The Swedish 10 ore piece MIGHT have silver in it depending on the year. -Dan
