Help please....I can't view population report!!!!

I recently renewed my psa membership but for some reason I can't view the population report. Everytime I try to view the pop report it keeps trying to get me to subscribe even though I am a member. Anything I can do other than contact psa? Thanks

If you haven't tried to restart your computer then I would try that. If that doesn't work then I would give PSA a ring on the celly tomorrow.

clear the cashe, I had a similar issue the other day and I almost lost my mind between my computer and CU customer service
