Does this GSA have any chance at "PL"?

    I would say no from what your pictures are telling me. FYI PCGS will not designate PL or DMPL if the coin is graded lower than MS60.

    Right. I would certainly hope a coin marked uncirculated in a GSA holder will at least score UNC!!

    They were all marked unc unless tarnished then no unc label. Remember these were GSA workes sorting coins.

    There have been coins body bagged from GSA holders. It is rare but it happens.

    To much cartwheel on both coins. The coin must be PL on both sides with out any doubt also.
    Avid collector of GSA's.

    Do you notice on any coin in a plastic holder there will be cartwheel?

    I don't see it as PL.
    When in doubt, don't.
