A bit impatient? Only slightly more than 3 hours between your posts!

I know nothing about Village Tracker, but I do have a recommendation: Use a spreadsheet.

It's as customizable as you want, it's likely not going to lock your records into a proprietary format database that can't be read by some other software if Village Tracker goes out of business, and you probably already have a spreadsheet program on your computer so it won't cost you a dime.
